"Ended our confinement on a wonderful note with NewBubs and our nanny Auntie Lyly! She is very experienced, dedicated and patient in taking care of newborns. On top of the standard feeding, bathing, changing of diapers, Lyly also engaged my son’s sensory by showing him black/white cards, playing on playmat gym and singing songs to him daily. Her modern approach of caring for postpartum mums is greatly appreciated. She prepares herbal bath and soup everyday and consistently ask for my food preference to ensure I’m taking in proper nutritions happily. Kitchen is always kept clean and the house well maintained by her (mop, vacuum, wash/hang/fold clothes). I was impressed that she even brought condiments and ingredients on her first day. "Completed a restful and joyful 28 Day confinement with Nanny Yuki Chong. Bubbly, calm and knowledgeable in the confinement practices and caregiving to both baby and me. Her younger age is a strength as she is able to relate to mummy’s challenges and lifestyle. We had conversations on post partum depression and struggles with breastfeeding. "It was the best decision to engage NewBubs’ services for our firstborn. From the initial enquiry to the end of confinement, Llyod and his team were always very responsive and professional. We were fortunate to be assigned Nanny Meng Choo. She handled our baby very well - able to pick up our baby’s feeding and sleep patterns fast and guided us on how to soothe and handle our baby. She was also very open to our opinions and preferences, checking in with us time to time if the food was ok, if we needed any additional help, and if we had any specific requirements for her. "I was initially assigned a nanny that didn't sit very well with my family.Upon knowing this,Lloyd and his team were quick to jump in to listen and help ease any discomfort my family and I were facing.Unfortunately we couldn't resolve the mismatch and what impressed us was the compassion and empathy the team provided to us.We were responded to always almost immediately and a replacement nanny was provided within the agreed 48hours gap. We were assigned replacement nanny Yoke Peng(Yu peng jie) and we were glad to be mismatched in the first place to have her in our lives now!Nanny Yu Peng was the sweetest,most helpful and experienced nanny we can ever ask for. Her optimism and experience has helped first time parents like us cope,and was always ready to answer any questions we had in raising the baby.Baby was having vomitting issues before Nanny Yu ping came and upon knowing that,she took extra precautionary actions and even if it took more time/effort,she made it a point to burp baby during feeding,massage him and to relieve him of extra gas and discomfort.(All without us asking but her suggestion due to her many years of experience with vomitting babies).Under her great care baby has since stopped vomitting since her arrival. Her cooking is always delicious and she never repeats the same dish once. Highly recommend NewBubs confinement with special kuddos to Esther whom was really helpful and responsive(Even on a weekend!) and it was easy to feel the sincerity coming from her and Lloyd in ensuring my engagement with them is smooth and seamless."
"We found a few things that set Newbulb apart from other agencies we considered. One standout feature was that Newbulb operates its own confinement centers, which gave us extra confidence in their standards and procedures. They also have nannies willing to accommodate specific requirements, like working in a multi-story house without a lift and having a dog. While Newbulb doesn’t offer options to pre-select or pay a premium for a highly rated nanny, we were very pleased with our assigned nanny, Auntie Teoh. She’s incredibly experienced, and although we initially worried she might insist on her own methods, she was open to trying out some of the practices we’d learned online (without compromising our baby’s safety, of course). She patiently explained and demonstrated her methods, which, to be honest, often worked better than the ones we’d found online. Auntie Teoh’s care has made a significant difference. Our baby thrived under her care, going from 4kg to 6.4kg within two months, which we’re thrilled about. She’s also an amazing cook, preparing delicious, nutritious meals and offering helpful suggestions to improve mummy’s health through diet. With Auntie Teoh’s support, mummy was able to rest and recover well, knowing our baby was in safe and caring hands. We couldn't be happier with our experience!"

"My first interaction with Lloyd was very pleasant. He took the time to listen to my requirements and gave me a good overview of the confinement nanny services. We needed a nanny who could get along with our anxious and protective dog. We were pleased that New Bubs was able to meet this crucial requirement. Nanny Cindy worked with us from 6 to 15 February. She adapted well to us especially when she first came as we had not fully organised our home due to my unexpected early delivery. She had a can-do attitude and helped organise set ups needed for the care of baby. She is proactive and conscientious in her work, especially on time and feeding of baby. I also liked that she was conscious of budgets when we went out to do marketing. She looked after us well and made nutritious meals. She accompanied me with baby to baby's doctor appointments and anticipated baby's needs at all times. She advised and taught me alot about the care of a baby. I commend her for her good work ethics, going above and beyond her care of duty. Nanny Ah Cai worked with us from 15 to 28 February. I liked that she went with the flow and adapted very quickly to us. She is flexible, calm and looked after baby's needs very well, letting me get alot of rest. She is independent and organised, as she did our marketing for food. Her meals were delicious. She is very easy going and experienced and I learned alot from her. I recommend her for experience and great attitude. Overall, New Bubs arranged very experienced nannies who could adapt well to our family, especially our dog. In order to circumvent a potential flu situation, the arrangement of the second nanny to take over from the first nanny was very smooth. The response to arrange the second nanny was quick as she came the next day. The handover and takeover was smooth as the first nanny briefed the second nanny well. I would recommend New Bubs as a trusted agency for their confinement services as our experience has been great!"
"The POCs from NewBub have been always responsive, and they selected the nanny based on our requirements. Our nanny Chris has been a great help during the confinement. For the baby, not only she took care of everything, but she was also super patient and responsive. For the mummy, I certainly enjoyed the food she prepared, and I got great advice from her on how to take care of the baby and also myself. She asked me to rest as much as I could and leave the work to her. We couldn’t imagine going through this exciting but tiring first month without her. In the last week, she taught us everything and helped us regulate the feeding and baby sleeping schedule. And not to mention she’s very friendly with our doggie! We’re so lucky to have her. Highly recommended :)"
"Overall we are very satisfied with the service provided by NewBubs. From the first engagement, the agency has been very transparent and communicative to ensure that all parties are aligned in the expectations (I.e. sleeping arrangements, administrative matters), so it was a smooth transition back from the hospital to start of confinement. We highly recommend Nanny Chris! She was very helpful during my postpartum recovery; not only did she provide exceptional care to my newborn, but she was also incredibly attentive to the needs of my 2 older toddlers. She ensured the baby's feeding, bathing, and sleeping routines were well-managed, while also engaging my toddlers in fun activities and keeping them safe while we were otherwise engaged with other matters. Her presence allowed me to focus on my recovery, knowing my little ones were in capable hands. The confinement meals she prepared were delicious and nutritious. She took into account my dietary preferences, and ensured I was well-fed and nourished during my recovery. Even making tea time snacks when I was feeling peckish after nursing. "Mei Ling is an exceptional confinement nanny who has truly exceeded our expectations. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication and the invaluable support she provided to our family in so many
ways:
1. Despite the demanding task of caring for our newborn twins, she went above and beyond by preparing meals for the entire family—including my wife, our elder son, and me. I was deeply touched to see her sometimes preparing meals late into the night, even though it was beyond her duty.
2. She took the initiative to train our helpers, ensuring they were well-prepared to take over the babies' care after her departure. She paid close attention to every detail, from feeding and diaper changes to bath time. Her genuine concern for our babies' well-being was evident, as she often worried whether our helpers would be able to care for them properly.
3. Toward the end of her contract, one of our babies unfortunately fell ill and had to be hospitalized. Without hesitation, Mei Ling took full responsibility, staying by the baby's side day and night, caring for them as if they were her own child.
My family and I are deeply impressed by Mei Ling’s dedication and kindness, and we sincerely appreciate all the care and effort she has put in. We truly hope she can now have a well-deserved rest and stay in good health."
